Brave Hearts Community Services is a small family owned NDIS provider that came into existence after realising the service gaps in contemporary society. With 7 years of experience as a social worker and Registered Nurse, we decided to bring our idea into reality through Brave Hearts. As the name suggests, we recognize resilience and courage it requires to show up everyday. We implement a strength based approach to enhance our participants' lives.
